1. Coach sends report: Click "Send to Parents" in your dashboard
2. System generates email: Professional template with your club branding
3. Secure link created: Unique URL generated for this report
4. Email delivered: Sent to parent's registered email address
5. Access tracking: System logs when parents view the report

Email Content

• Greeting: Personalized with parent and player names
• Introduction: Brief context about the report
