Editing and Customizing Reports

After the AI generates your report, you can edit and customize it to ensure it perfectly matches your vision. Here's how:

The Review Process

Initial AI Draft

  1. The AI creates a comprehensive report based on your conversation
  2. Review the entire document for accuracy and tone
  3. Check that all key points from your discussion are included
  4. Ensure the language is appropriate for the player's age

Edit Mode Features

Click "Edit Report" to access:

  • Text editing: Modify any section directly
  • Section reordering: Drag and drop sections
  • Add/remove content: Include additional observations
  • Formatting options: Bold, italics, bullet points

Common Editing Tasks

Adjusting Tone

Too formal?

  • Replace technical terms with simpler language
  • Add more personal observations
  • Include specific examples parents will recognize

Too casual?

  • Use more professional football terminology
  • Structure observations more formally
  • Add specific development metrics

Adding Missing Details

The AI might miss:

  • Specific match moments you forgot to mention

  • Context that parents need to understand observations
  • Goals or targets for the next period

Removing Sensitive Information

Be careful to remove:
